HOW DO I MAKE A REQUEST FOR MY CLASSROOM?

PROPOSAL REQUESTS

All proposals in the CCSD buildings must be submitted through this website.  Any proposal must be for an item(s) that will add a long term educational value or impacts to the classrooms. A request must be for something that isn't covered in the CCSD budget.

A copy of each proposal will be sent to BOTH the principal of the school and the CHSF Board.  The principal of the school will to check to see if the budget cover the item requested. Another copy will be sent to the CHSF Board to see if funds are available to pay for items above the budgeted needs.

The CHSF board meets quarterly to  vote on proposals. If approved, a Purchase Order needs to be created through the Administration Office to purchase the item. CHS Foundation will then reimburse the schools after the purchase is made.

After any proposal is submitted, you will get an email within the next quarter on whether your item is approved or not.
